Custom Cake

Yes! We offer fully customized cakes. You can choose the flavor, filling, theme, colors, and even share inspiration photos — we’ll bring your vision to life.

We recommend at least3–5 days’ notice. For intricate designs or tiered cakes,1 week or more is ideal.

We have a wide variety of flavor and style options! You can explore our past customized cake designs on our website for inspiration — from minimal and elegant to bold and fun themes. Just let us know what you’re dreaming of, and we’ll make it happen.

Yes! We can print edible images or sculpt characters upon request. Please share references when placing your order.

Delivery

Our delivery fee varies based on distance and location, starting from RM10. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout after entering your delivery address.

We'll do our best! You can select a preferred time window, and we’ll confirm availability when your order is placed.

We currently do not offer same-day delivery on our website. However, our products are available through third-party food delivery apps such as ShopeeFoodFoodpanda, and Grab.

For cake orders, we highly recommend ordering through our website as we deliver by car, ensuring your cake arrives safely and in perfect condition. Third-party platforms typically deliver by motorbike, which increases the risk of cake damage during transit.

We currently deliver within the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor area. If you're unsure whether your area is covered, feel free to reach out or try entering your address at cart to check availability.

Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged (smashed, melted, or spoiled) or is incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup.
Kindly email us at onlineorder.fantaxybakery@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We offer refunds for:

  • Damaged or defective items upon delivery/pickup (reported within 2 hours)
  • Wrong orders with proof (unopened/unconsumed)

Non-refundable situations include:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery/pickup
  • Change of mind or schedule conflicts
  • Allergic reactions
  • Damage after self-pickup (cakes must be refrigerated immediately)

Yes, but both of the following conditions must be met:

  1. Request is made 48+ hours before your scheduled delivery/pickup
  2. Your order is not yet in preparation

If approved, you’ll receive a refund.

We’ll work with you to find the best solution:

  • replacement product of equal value and similar flavor
  • full refund only if no suitable alternative is available

Exceptions:
